Spring is finally starting to peek her way in after ol’ man winter gave us another blast of snow. Around here you should never take your snow tires off until at least Mothers Day & I was so thankful I still had mine on yesterday morning sliding around the highway. It never fails to snow on May long weekend, but you’re usually safe with out the snow tires when you’re in the mountains camping. BBRRRRRR
So now that spring is in the air, we have tulips, chirping birds & baby lambs on our minds, the reality is the brown grass is poking out of the snow & the mud is the consistency of snot. I’m going to protest & get in my studio & dream of the tulips & planting my garden.
I’m going to be doing a great spring show with the SAS (State of Art Society) in Calgary. Friday, May 24th 6-9pm & Saturday, May 25th 10-4pm at the Strathcona Community Centre at 277 Strathcona Dr. SW.
