Spring is finally starting to peek her way in after ol’ man winter gave us another blast of snow.  Around here you should never take your snow tires off until at least Mothers Day & I was so thankful I still had mine on yesterday morning sliding around the highway.  It never fails to snow on May long weekend, but you’re usually safe with out the snow tires when you’re in the mountains camping. Changing of the Seasons – Blog-o-sphere

“Do the seasons affect/inspire you? In what way?”

Wow!! I’m not sure how much the seasons affect my inspiration.  Because I live in Canada, our winter is LONG… long-ass-long.  There has been snow on the ground since OCTOBER!!  There is no end in sight to melt all this that is still on the ground 🙁  It feels like there are only 2 seasons: Winter & a few months of non-winter.winter feed

She wears it so well

I really love to make the jewelry that I do, I mean really, really love it.  I have my travel case filled with new and old pieces at home so I can ship them to customers, or re-stock at an art gallery.  But they stay there,  I have a few favorite pieces that I wear to work & the rare occasions when I actually leave the house with make up on!

I don’t get to showcase my work by wearing it out a lot, so it makes me SO happy when I see true fashionistas enjoying my work! Read more…
